Caged Confession is a side quest in
Emprise du Lion in Dragon Age 3: Inquisition. It initiates upon arrival in Emperise du Lion, and finding a note in a quarry.
After Louis was captured by the red templars/mages, he wrote a note confessing to the murder of his wife's brother, Garde.

This quest has been bugging me off since the first time I got it. Should I do what is legally right and let Linette find out what happened to his brother, sacrificing her brother's image and her relationship with Louis? Should I give Louis his confession and leave them to deal with it?
