Demands of the Qun is a personal quest for companion
Iron Bull in Dragon Age 3 : Inquisition. It initiates after gaining high approval from Iron Bull, as well has discussed Seheron with him at
Skyhold. You will see him sitting at the bar after drinks and such, and when you talk to him you'll be teleported outside to a shield-bash practice between the Chargers. Here Iron Bull will offer you an allegiance with the Qunari to take out Red Lyrium smugglers. Accept the offer and you will gain slight Iron Bull Approval and commence this quest.

- Chosing to save the charges: Iron Bull Greatly Approves (+3), Iron Bull is removed from the Ben-Hassrath and the Qunari-Inquisition Alliance is cancelled. You will get another option for Iron Bull Approval (+2) if you tell him "We can minimize the loses" and trigger a dialogue about recovering spy contacts
