This is the uber over powered Knight Enchanter Build for Vivienne or your own Inquisitor. This build literally makes Nightmare Difficulty feel like a walk in the park. I mainly use this for Dragons, and only if I feel I can't beat them with my go to team. This is just the basic build to pretty much make the Knight Enchanter immortal. If this is for your Inquisitor I highly recommend you spend some points in other spells also, this can get quite boring fast since the game really is no longer a challenge.
Spirit Tree
Barrier+Elegant Defense - The top spell for all mages. This is what keeps you alive.
Guardian Spirit - If you take a big hit, this might save your life. Automatically throws a barrier around you when you take significant damage.
Dispel - Only necessary to get to the next passive.
Rejuvenating Barrier - This passive lets your barrier recharge your mana effectively allowing you to always have mana to recast your barrier if you somehow have it knocked out (This is highly unlikely to happen). Also, more mana equals more spells you can cast.
Knight-Enchanter Tree
Spirit Blade - The main offensive spell for the Knight-Enchanter. It does OK damage, but the main thing is guard and barriers are no longer a factor for the Knight Enchanter.
Combat Clarity - Even more freakin mana regeneration, only this time you only have to be near an enemy.
Fade Shield - AND this is the passive that makes this whole specialization so over powered. Every time you hit an enemy 30% of the damage you deal gets added back to your barrier. When you hit something your barrier goes back up again, over and over and over. This passive is what makes you immortal.
Knight-Protector - Helps your barrier last longer from natural decay.
Fade Cloak+Decloaking Blast - So, your barrier is about to run out and your fighting a dragon? No problem, just hit fade cloak, step into the dragon, and boom your just did 1,000% weapon damage to said dragon and completely restored your barrier.
Veiled Riposte - Damages enemies that hit you when you have barrier on. Because of Fade Shield, when you get hit you do damage and add back to your barrier. This slows down the amount of barrier your lose from getting hit quite a bit.
So there you have it, this is just the basic way of making the Knight-Enchanter OP. Now if you don't want to have an OP Knight-Enchanter just leave out Fade Shield since this entire build is based on this one skill. Its still a very fun class without Fade Shield, its just more challenging
