Heir is one of the Trainers in Dragon Age 3: Inquisition.
Once the Inquisitor has completed the quest Specializations for the Inquisitor, three trainers will appear at Skyhold, offering to teach the three Specializations relevant to the Inquisitor's class. If the Inquisitor is a Rogue, one of the trainers will be Heir.
About Heir
Heir is one of the Rogue Trainers and teaches the Assassin Specialization.
Heir is a Dalish Elf.
Along with the other Rogue Trainers, Heir can be found in the lower courtyard of Skyhold.
